Information we collect

When you request a Bookwake demo, the form collects the information needed to understand your business inquiry:

• your name and email address;
• your monthly lead-spend range;
• the CRM you use;
• your trade or service category; and
• optionally, your company name and any notes you choose to provide.

The form also records when the request was submitted. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for a demo request.

How we use the information

Bookwake uses demo-request information to:

• respond to your request and arrange a conversation;
• tailor a walkthrough to your trade, lead-spend range, CRM, and stated needs;
• operate and follow up on the related business inquiry; and

• send the internal notification to the configured Bookwake company inbox so the team can handle the request.

Access, providers, and sharing

Access to submitted information is limited to people who need it to handle the inquiry or operate Bookwake. We may share or make information available to hosting, database, email delivery, and other platform service providers when they are needed to provide and secure the service. Those providers act to support Bookwake's operations under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

We do not sell the information submitted through the demo form. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service or people, investigate misuse, or support a business transfer, subject to applicable requirements.

Security

Bookwake uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Retention

Our proposed product-policy target is to retain a demo-request record for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then delete or anonymize it. We may retain it longer when needed for an active customer relationship, a dispute, or a legal or accounting obligation.
